I’m passionate, creative, punctual, motivated and friendly, very easy to get along with.   I’ve worked for a variety of companies with contrasting structures over the years and have become accustomed to having to learn new processes and workflows.   

 

I also possess the artistic and technical ability required to work closely with other professionals in their field of expertise.   Looking for an opportunity to work within a team or autonomously with diverse individuals with a passion for what they do.

  • Assist the Technical Director across all Disney, Pixar, and other client’s projects.

  • Compile information that is given by the client and present it visually in wiki docs for the team, explaining the software and technical requirements required.  Examples are explaining scene hierarchy and structure requirements, export procedures and naming conventions, texture setup and memory allocations, and all those little details that need to be considered on major projects.

  • Assist company Directors and team in using new in-house software/plug-in with one-on-one tutoring.

  • Monitor asset completion within the project manager and Celoxis, reviewing that all technical requirements have been met.  Leaving feedback when required and assisting in problem-solving issues as they arise.

  • Set up and submit assets in Maya and Nuke to the render farm, monitoring them for potential issues that may arise, using a piece of software called deadline monitor.

  • The role has me helping in all areas, areas where I don’t always have the expertise, so having to climb the learning curve on many occasions is part of my job description.
